Location and timing is subjected to shopkeeper's timetable.
I charge by fare stages (to-and-fro to be fair). I do not have concession, and apparently a bus/train ride does not cost me 50 cents or so.
Fees waived, $0: Ubi, Eunos, Bedok Reservoir, Bedok
Partially waived, $0.80: Tampines, Paya Lebar, Marine Parade, Hougang, Simei, Kembangan
$2.30: Serangoon, Bishan, Seng Kang, Pasir Ris
$2.50: Ang Mo Kio, Toa Payoh
$2.80: Central (Orchard, Cityhall, Bugis, Novena, etc)
Any others can be discussed.
However, my preferred mode is still through postage (unless more than 2 items are purchased). =D Easy and saves cost for you and me.
